Teacher Bio: 'I fell in love with Pole after my very first class, right from the get go, I knew it was for me.

Pole has made me appreciate my body for the crazy things it can do and I care so much less about how it looks. The confidence it’s given me has been life-changing, and I’m passionate about helping others experience the same.

I'm a creative instructor with a knack for understanding different learning styles and simplifying the hard stuff! I come from a design background so you’ll find my creativity across the Flow State brand and also in my classroom.'

Teacher Bio'My pole journey began at Glasgow University, where I discovered a hidden talent beyond the numbers I studied for my degree.

Balancing my corporate career with my passion, I spent several years in Dubai where I taught pole, hoop, and flexibility. Returning to the UK, I found my pole home at Flow State, a studio with incredible instructors and students. It’s a privilege to share this journey with such a supportive community.

I love that pole is a universal language; it connects people across cultures and borders.'

Teacher Bio'I first started my pole journey back in 2014, picking it up as exercise with my best friend and sister. With a 2 year gap in between, it has been a casual hobby of mine since then.

I was first introduced to a heels choreo class in 2022 and fell in love. I come from a dancing background, starting Latin American and Ballroom dancing when I was 3. I held the South East Essex Championship title in this area and taught both classes and private lessons before I went to University, to become a teacher, and this is when my dancing came to a halt. Having found pole choreo, it made me fall in love with dance all over again and I started teaching this 4 months after starting.'

Interests: Latin American and Ballroom dancing, fitness (Gym), reading, board games.

Pole Superpower: Low flow choreo, Bum shake, Knee drop.
